Office Experience

1- Accepting new patients referrals. Easy booking of appointments either online or by phone. We make sure to give our scheduled clients all needed time and attention for good expert evaluations and treatments. That's why WE DON'T ACCEPT WALK-INS.

2- Office conveniently located off I-41 (exit 134: Herndon ave) with many parking spots at the back of office building off N Fresno street.

3- Greeting our clients warmly with a smile and building rapport with them in a pleasent professionally set up environment.

4- Listening to our clients carefully describing their pain experience and how pain is affecting their Mobility, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Safety, Independence, Quality of life, Sleep, Work productivity, Social integration, Intinate relations and Participation in hobbies.

5- General & Focussed Physical Examination and reviewing images to complete the evaluation and reach a diagnosis. 

6- Reviewing client's Functional capabilities & limitations including indoors and community Mobility. Evaluation for assistive devices, braces or motorized devices like scooters or wheelchairs. Also, assessing client's independence level with Driving, Walking, Dressing, showering, toileting, and other self care activities.

7- Tailoring a personalized treatment plan for each client.

8- We usually utilize a Multi-Disciplinary approach to chronic pain management as follows;

a- Prescribing different pain medications per condition. 

b- Refering to Conservative Rehabilition services such as Physical Therapy, Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Massage, Neuropsychology or other Medical & Hollistic treatments.

c- A special emphasis on Interventional Pain Injections and Procedures depending on the case. We explain the procedure's steps and answer all questions before scheduling them. 

d- We made ourselves available for our clients' questions and concerns through calls, electronic messaging system or emails.

e- Medical Pain management by narcotics for clients with evidence of severe chronic non treatable conditions like failed back surgeries, cancers, entractable painful condition.
